(BPT) - Navy Federal Credit Union and Sperling's BestPlaces evaluated and ranked 400 cities across the United States based on quality-of-life metrics to determine the top cities that best meet the needs of transitioning servicemembers, Veterans and their families. They also identified the best cities for those who are looking to retire, buy a home, move to a small town or start a business.
