VulnCheck KEV Alerts Deliver Instant Warnings on Actively Exploited Vulnerabilities with Real-Time Slack and Email Notifications

VulnCheck, the exploit intelligence company, today announced the launch of VulnCheck KEV (Known Exploited Vulnerabilities) Alerts, a breakthrough capability delivering real-time notifications on vulnerabilities with confirmed public exploitation evidence. This enhanced capability empowers security teams and researchers to stay ahead of active, emerging threats by receiving timely, actionable alerts generated directly through Slack and email by VulnCheck.

The company also announced a major architecture enhancement to significantly decrease response times and support a larger volume of data across all VulnCheck API and user interfaces.

VulnCheck KEV Alerts is now generally available for both VulnCheck community and commercial users. VulnCheck plans to expand the alerting service across the Exploit & Vulnerability Intelligence Platform, enabling rapid response and automation into integrated tools and workflows for teams to respond to emerging threats with immediate alerting on exploitation evidence.

VulnCheck KEV Alerts can be set up in under a minute for email and just a few minutes for Slack, providing immediate notification the moment a vulnerability is added to the VulnCheck KEV catalog. This proactive intelligence on exploitation in the wild enables organizations to prioritize remediation and shrink the window of exposure to active threats.

“Attackers move fast to weaponize vulnerabilities, and defenders must move faster,” said Anthony Bettini, CEO and Founder of VulnCheck. “Unfortunately, over 70% of vulnerabilities currently in CISA KEV have public evidence of being exploited days, months or years before landing in CISA’s catalog. With real-time alerts, we’re giving the VulnCheck community and commercial users the intelligence they need, when they need it most, to stop breaches before they start.”

The VulnCheck KEV provides security teams and detection engineers with a dashboard featuring the largest real-time collection of known exploited vulnerabilities. It now tracks over 3,700 vulnerabilities, representing 175% more than the CISA KEV catalog, and serves more than 10,000 users worldwide. The catalog delivers enriched context, exploit links, and threat actor associations, empowering defenders to make informed decisions with confidence.

VulnCheck has also invested in its infrastructure, having completed a significant services update, migrating to a new architecture designed for greater speed and reliability across its APIs and user interface. Both VulnCheck community and commercial users will benefit from notably faster response times, improved reliability and uptime, and support for larger data volumes, ensuring VulnCheck’s intelligence integrates even more efficiently into any security workflow and any cybersecurity product.

VulnCheck KEV is globally available as a free intelligence feed for any enterprise, cybersecurity firm, government team, or managed service provider through the VulnCheck Community. To learn more and start receiving KEV Alerts, visit https://docs.vulncheck.com/alerts.
