At the center of Suncadia Social will be the 16,500-square-foot retail village, offering a dynamic mix of local shops and restaurants inspired by the natural charm of the Cascade Mountains. Designed to complement nearby Cle Elum and Roslyn, the village will partner with regional businesses while fulfilling the growing demand for more on-site dining and retail.

A centerpiece of the village is the beloved Roslyn Grocery, anchoring the space with approximately 5,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed retail. Longtime owner Amanda Heins aims to bring back the charm of grocery shopping as a community ritual—offering fresh local produce, artisan baked goods, regional wines and beers, and a mini teaching kitchen for events, demos, and classes.

Chef Brian Clevenger is bringing two concepts from General Harvest Restaurants to Suncadia Social, delivering award-winning culinary experiences to the resort. Families can enjoy casual Italian fare at G.H. Pasta & Pizza, while a full-service restaurant will offer elevated seasonal dishes, craft cocktails, and sustainably sourced ingredients in a refined yet relaxed setting.

Suncadia Social’s retail lineup also includes Cutter’s Point Coffee, a beloved Pacific Northwest institution, from owner Justin Himenes, sustainably sourced brews and sweet treats—the perfect spot to gather and connect any time of day. Out West Trading Co. brings cozy sweatshirts, stylish golf polos, athleisure wear, and thoughtful gifts to the community, alongside vintage home décor from its sister company, Old Wood Signs, both courtesy of owner Jamie Munson. For those seeking a touch of luxury, Hive HomeGoods offers a curated selection of furnishings that owner Katie Rockwell designed to reflect the sustainability and adventurous spirit of the region. Lastly, Alluvium Cellars, founded by longtime wine enthusiasts Tyson and Brittany Trautmann, where wine lovers can enjoy local tastings and expert-led discussions in a warm, communal setting.

From porch-side chats and friendly waves to marshmallow roasts on The Green, Suncadia Social is built to foster the simple, heartfelt moments that turn neighbors into lifelong friends.

“Suncadia Social is all about spending time with family and friends,” said Mark Thorne, Managing Director of Suncadia. “It’s where residents, guests, and neighbors can grab a bite, share a story, and enjoy the natural beauty of our surroundings. Connection has always been the heartbeat of Suncadia—and this new community hub elevates that spirit to an inspiring new level.”

The Residences at Suncadia Social opened their model home on June 21, 2025, inviting prospective residents to experience firsthand the unique lifestyle this new community offers.
