The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) (“St. Joe”) announces plans for construction of a Publix Super Market (“Publix”) at Watersound West Bay Center located at the entrance to the Latitude Margaritaville^® Watersound community. The new Publix, planned for approximately 50,000 square feet, including a pharmacy, deli, bakery and an adjacent liquor store, is anticipated to break ground later this year.
