Hobbs removes Arizona-Mexico Commission board of directors

Gov. Katie Hobbs sent the email to all 31 board members on the same day she was meeting with Sonora Gov. Alfonso Durazo and Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador in Nogales, Sonora.
