Lithium-ion battery maker EnPower closes Phoenix operations to start Indiana factory

EnPower was, until recently, working to build lithium-ion batteries in Phoenix. The company recently shut down its Valley operations to shift production out of state, and its CEO says the reasons for its departure from Arizona sheds light on the growing battery industry.
