Pure Romance Launches Game-Changing Technology App

Pure Romance executives and distributors are in love with their PR Connect app from NOW Technologies.
Launched this fall, the app is allowing the Cincinnati, Ohio-based intimacy products company to support its Partners and target customers in more strategic, effective ways than ever before.

In direct selling, effective communication is just as important as data-driven activity. And Postler says the PR Connect app allows Pure Romance to deliver authentic, customized training and marketing materials to Partners, depending on their needs and level of experience. “We want to be speaking to our Partners and our customers with the Pure Romance voice, and we want that voice to be consistent, but we also want it to be very, very engaging. The app allows us to tailor these messages and segment them to the person at their point in the journey.”
With more than 60 percent of Partners now using PR Connect, Pure Romance officials say the app has become a critical part of the company’s overall digital development, which was accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic. “Our business was 95 percent done through in-home parties,” says Chris Cicchinelli, Pure Romance President. “With virtually the whole world going into lock-down, we had to add focus to our e-commerce and social media platforms. I also put a large focus on communication and wanted the entire process streamlined.”
