The ideal candidate for TTEC’s new role will have a background in applied sales or customer service, but early career professionals with just a year or two of experience are encouraged to apply as most of the roles currently on offer are entry level.
From TTEC’s Athens hub, new employees will work for some of their internationally renowned clients, typically working interchangeably in both French and English to support TTEC’s clients in both a B2B and B2C capacity. Alongside written and spoken fluency in French and English, confidence in CRM systems is desirable, as are high-level interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
