Mission Peak Brokers Successfully Represented Buyers in Acquiring Two Prime Retail Centers in Northern California.

Mission Peak Brokers facilitated the Hercules Retail Center, on 3700 San Pablo Ave., Hercules, CA, all cash transaction for $16 million. With over 20,000 SF, this center is 94% occupied by national retailers like T-Mobile and Starbucks. The other transaction was for the Pacheco Pass Center, 890 Renz Lane, Gilroy, CA, which was also bought all cash for $8.8 million.  This multi-tenant retail center boasts over 14,821 SF leased to regional & national tenants like GameStop and Sprint. The retail centers are well-positioned to give the retailers access to their target market in high-traffic areas. The deals will help their clients build a stable income stream in the months ahead, especially as the economy is becoming more volatile.
