Top Talent Onboarding Reflects Ongoing Momentum for Growth Equity Firm

Glade Brook Capital Partners (“Glade Brook”, or the “Firm”), a leading global growth equity investment firm, today announced several impactful hires across its management, investment and operating teams. The Firm has brought on Timothy “Chip” Stevens as Partner and Tushar Behl as Principal, as well as welcomed several new Operating Partners.

Mr. Stevens is a seasoned investment executive bringing to Glade Brook over three decades of experience scaling investment platforms and driving value creation at world-class financial firms, including Aflac Asset Management, BlackRock and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Stevens will be based in Greenwich and will focus on the ongoing growth and strategic evolution of the firm.

Mr. Behl, who is based in Bangalore and New Delhi, brings a strong growth equity and finance background, and was previously with Alpha Wave, Kalaari Capital and Bain. Tushar will play a critical role in advancing Glade Brook’s already strong footprint in Southeast Asia.

Expanding its deep industry network and deal sourcing capabilities, the firm is also announcing several new Operating Partner relationships with a group of seasoned leaders: Alex Song, who previously led finance and capital markets at Ramp; Al Periu, the CEO of Zilch USA; and Shirish Andhare, Former Head of India Product and Growth at Uber and Twitter.
