Chad Trench has been a loyal member of the AP Board since 2020, previously serving for three years as a volunteer on the Supervisory Committee.

Chad Trench has been a loyal member of the Board since 2020. Prior to joining the Board, Trench served for three years as a volunteer on the Supervisory Committee. He is currently the Director of Operations at Special Olympics Minnesota, where he previously held a Director of Development role. Outside of work, Trench has a strong passion for youth sports, inclusion and mental health awareness, areas that align with Affinity Plus’s commitment to championing community engagement and empowerment.

With a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Durant is a software engineering leader known for leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and modernization. He is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of engineering professionals and brings extensive experience in technology and leadership to the Board.
