Ryder is expanding in the Southeast with the opening of a new 7,000-square-foot full-service truck rental and maintenance facility in Lebanon, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville.
With five maintenance bays, integrated technology, and efficient operations, the site is equipped to provide fleet and commercial truck rental support to Ryder customers. The new facility offers improved access, enhanced service capabilities, and integration with the RyderGyde fleet management platform for complete fleet visibility and real-time shop status updates.
“This expansion reflects Ryder’s commitment to supporting our customers in economically dynamic and diverse markets,” says Tom Havens, president of Fleet Management Solutions at Ryder. “Lebanon’s growth, infrastructure investments, and proximity to key transit corridors make it an ideal location for expanding Ryder’s service footprint.”
Regional Growth & Infrastructure Advantage
Lebanon ranks as the 12th fastest-growing city in the U.S., with an impressive 8.9% population increase from 2023 to 2024, fueled by its proximity to Nashville and strong quality-of-life appeal. The local business climate is surging, supported by new investments in logistics, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations, which have added hundreds of jobs and expanded regional supply chain capabilities.
In May 2025, construction began on a 198-acre industrial park—The Cubes at Sparta Pike—which will deliver 2.8 million square feet of logistics-ready space, further solidifying Lebanon’s role as a freight and distribution hub. The new Ryder location benefits from immediate access to Interstate 40 and Highway 109, offering strategic connectivity to regional and national transportation networks.
