Federman & Sherwood Investigates The Cannon Corporation (“Cannon Design”) for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into The Cannon Corporation (“Cannon Design”) with respect to their recent data breach. Between January 19, 2023, and January 25, 2023, Cannon Design experienced an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Upon discovery, Cannon Design immediately launched an investigation into the incident. On May 3, 2024, after a thorough review of the impacted information gathered during the investigation, Cannon Design determined that certain individuals sensitive and personal information was accessed. On August 19, 2024, Cannon Design began mailing notification letters to patients they believe may have been affected.
