Norman, who is deaf, has been instrumental in ZP’s growth, having demonstrated a track record of execution and achieving results as Senior Vice President, Residential Sales since 2018. He brings more than 15 years of experience covering a wide range of leadership roles, primarily focusing on strategic planning initiatives to maximize revenue, productivity, and execution.
