Difficulties and delays in confirming necessary financial information from the third-party licensee of Simex Digital Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the required review and verification of such operating data resulted in the Companys inability to complete its annual report on Form 10-QSB without unreasonable effort and expense.
