On January 28, 2010, Verint Systems Inc. issued a press release announcing an update on its financial statements filings and that it will be providing selected unaudited financial information for the years ended January 31, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 on Wednesday, February 3, 2010. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
