Results of Operations and Financial Condition
 
On February 7, 2008, Bunge Limited (“Bunge”) issued a press release correcting certain supplemental information included in the “Additional Financial Information” section of Bunge’s fourth quarter 2007 earnings press release that was issued on February 7, 2008, which was furnished as part of Bunge’s Current Report on Form 8-K dated February 7, 2008. The correction does not affect 2006 or 2007 reported financial results.

A copy of the correcting press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.  The attached Exhibit 99.1 is furnished in its entirety pursuant to this Item 2.02.
