Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On August 11 and 12, 2015, members of PPL Corporation's (the "Company" or "PPL") senior management will meet with financial analysts and investors to discuss the Company's corporate strategy and general business outlook. At these meetings, the Company is expected to reaffirm its recently revised 2015 earnings forecast of $2.15 to $2.25 per share, with a midpoint of $2.20 per share.
