Correction.
On August 5, 2011, PPL Corporation (“PPL” or the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K in which it furnished as Exhibit 99.2 slides to be used during the August 5, 2011 teleconference and webcast by members of the Company’s senior management with financial analysts to discuss PPL’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 and other business matters. The information in Slide 14 under the heading “12-months ended 6/30/2011 vs. 6/30/2010” incorrectly contained information for the six-month periods ended June 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively. A revised copy of Slide 14 showing information for the applicable twelve-month periods is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
