On January 31, 2007, David E. Eckerle informed Old National Bancorp (the "Company") that he will retire from the Company's Board of Directors effective May 17, 2007 and he will not stand for re-election at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders.
The Company issued a press release on February 2, 2007 announcing Mr. Eckerle's retirement. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
