Item 2. Acquisition or Disposition of Assets

On June 30, 2004, the Company purchased all of the
outstanding stock of Crabar/GBF, Inc. a Delaware
corporation, from the stockholders of Crabar/GBF, Inc.
The purchase price for the transaction was $18,000,000
funded from internally generated funds and the
Company's line of credit. Crabar/GBF, Inc. designs,
manufacturers and markets printed business forms within
the wholesale business forms marketplace.
