Item 1.01 Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On May 3, 2016, InnSuites Hospitality Trust (the “Trust) and Yuma Hospitality Properties Limited Partnership, a subsidiary of the Trust entered into a $350,000 one-year line of credit with RepublicBank AZ, N.A. (the “Agreement”). The agreement includes acceleration provisions upon default. The funds may be used for working capital and is guaranteed by James Wirth, the Trust’s Chairman and CEO, Gail Wirth, the Trust’s Chairman and CEO’s spouse and the Wirth Family Trust Dated July 14, 2006.
