Other Events.

On February 17, 2009, The Quantum Group, Inc. issued a press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein announcing that PWeR™ (Personal Wellness electronic Record) demonstrations presented at the 2009 Pri-Med South Conference and Expo were met with standing room only crowds throughout the 3-day event.

On February 18, 2009, The Quantum Group, Inc. (NYSE Amex: QGP) (www.QuantumMD.com) President & CEO Noel J. Guillama, commented on the President signing the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 into law yesterday.
