On February 11, 2015, Digerati Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), filed its Chapter 11 Post-Confirmation Report for the quarter ending December 31, 2014 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division.
