On April 26, 2004, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has entered into an agreement with MacroGenics, Inc. to apply Neose’s proprietary GlycoAdvance™ and GlycoPEGylation™ technologies to MacroGenics compounds, with the goal of improving the therapeutic properties of these proteins. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
