Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 4, 2016, Delcath Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) received a written notification from The NASDAQ Stock Market Listing Qualifications Staff indicating that, because the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock was at least $1.00 per share or greater, for the ten consecutive business days from July 21, 2016 to August 3, 2016, the Company has regained compliance with the requirement to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share of Company common stock for continued listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market pursuant to NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2) and that the matter is now closed.
