On November 5, 2015, Global Ship Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) completed the previously announced sale of its 1996-built, 4,113 TEU vessel, Ville d’Aquarius, at a price of $333.50 per ldt, for net proceeds of approximately $4.5 million.
