On February 13, 2014, Kevin J. Helmick, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Carl D. Culp, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, of Farmers National Banc Corp., first presented to certain institutional investors a presentation containing a summary of financial results and related information for the most recent year and quarter ended December 31, 2013, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
