Verdict in Patent Infringement Action Against Apple Inc.
A jury from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas ruled in favor of OPTi Inc. (the “Company”) in the patent infringement lawsuit between the Company and Apple Inc.
The Company issued a press release on April 23, 2009 attached as Exhibit 99.1 announcing the jury’s ruling.
