Continuance Issued in Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Patent Infringement Action
The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas entered an order continuing the trial date in the ongoing patent infringement action between OPTi, Inc. (the “Company”) and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
The Company issued a press release on January 13, 2009 attached as Exhibit 99.1 announcing the court’s issuance of the continuance.
