Beginning on November 28, 2006, members of the senior management team of Seitel, Inc. will begin holding various financing meetings related to its proposed transaction with Seitel Holdings, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ValueAct Capital Master Fund, L.P. The presentation to be used in these meetings is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
