On August 5, 2004, QuadraMed Corporation announced that beginning on August 19, 2004, the Company’s shares will trade on the American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) with the ticker symbol QD. On August 4, 2004, QuadraMed Corporation issued a press release announcing earnings and other financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2004 and that Management will review these results in an investment community conference call at 8:00 AM Eastern (5:00 AM Pacific) on Tuesday, August 10, 2004. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated by reference in response to this Item 12.
