On March 6, 2012, 18,299 shares of restricted stock were issued to the Reporting Person by the Issuer, which shares vest in four (4) equal installments, with the first such installment vesting on November 18, 2012 and each subsequent installment vesting on the next three (3) anniversaries of the initial vesting date. |
