Remarks: Per letter agreement dated March 13, 2008, Mr. Aladwani would be entitled to a future grant of 25,000 stock options in conjunction with his March 24, 2008 appointment as Senior Vice President of Operations of the Company as long as Mr. Aladwani is an employee of the Company ninety (90) days from March 24, 2008 (i.e., June 23, 2008). The stock option exercise price is equal to the quoted market price of the underlying common stock at date of grant (June 23, 2008). |
