On February 10, 2015, Jack in the Box Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will report first quarter fiscal 2015 operating results after market close on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, and that the company will host a conference call to review the results on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, beginning at 8:30 a.m. PT.  A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
