ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
As of September 6, 2005, Atlas Mining Company purchased and recorded the
deed to the Dragon Mine in Juab County, Utah from Chester Mining Company
for the purchase price of $500,000 pursuant to an option to purchase the
mine contained in an agreement between the parties entered into on July 10,
2001.
ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On September 7, 2005 we (Atlas Mining Company) made a press release to our
shareholders and investors to announce final payment and settlement of our
debt to the American National Mortgage Partners receiver. A copy of the
release is included as a part of this report as Exhibit 99.1.
