Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Principal Officers.
(b) The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp regrets to announce
that one of its Directors, Harry C. Schumacher, passed away on Thursday,
December 14, 2006.
Mr. Schumacher was an employee of Farmers & Merchants Bank for fifty-one years,
serving as President for over three years until his retirement in 1997. He was
elected a Director in 1997.
