Kenneth Seiff beneficially owns 304,827 shares of common stock of the Issuer (the "Shares"), representing approximately 1.8% of the Shares outstanding. This number excludes 3,000 Shares owned by Nicole Seiff, Mr. Seiff's wife, as to which Mr. Seiff disclaims beneficial ownership.
