As previously reported, includes (i) 6,166 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) that vest on December 20, 2017, (ii) 18,501 RSUs that vest in twelve equal installments on March 20, June 20, September 20, and December 20 of each year, commencing on March 20, 2018, and (iii) 12,370 RSUs that vest in sixteen equal installments on March 20, June 20, September 20, and December 20 of each year, commencing on March 20, 2017.
