Item 5.02.          Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 14, 2014, Andrew S Drexler, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of GNC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), who is the Company’s principal accounting officer, notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position with the Company, effective February 28, 2014, in order to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of another large retail company.  The Company congratulates Mr. Drexler and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
