On September 3, 2009, Credo Petroleum Corporation announced that James T. Huffman intends to retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer at 2009 year end, assuming a successor has been selected.  He will continue as a director, and with the Board’s approval, will continue as Chairman of the Board.  The Board has initiated the process to search for a new Chief Executive Officer.
