On April 23, 2009, Power-One, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial and operating results for the first fiscal quarter of 2009.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated into Item 2.02 of this Form 8-K by reference.

 

Item 8.01  Other Events.

 

The book value of the Company’s shareholders’ equity as of March 29, 2009 was $116.25 million and the Company’s corresponding book value per share was $1.32 based on total shares outstanding of 87,942,177 as of such date.
