This Current Report on Form 8-K/A (Amendment No. 1) amends IHOP Corp.’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 5, 2007, in which IHOP Corp. reported the completion of its acquisition of Applebee’s International, Inc. This amendment is being filed to include the financial statements and pro forma financial information required under Item 9.01 of Form 8-K. The information previously reported in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 5, 2007, is incorporated herein by reference.
