On September 20, 2007, Cascade’s Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program of up to $50.0 million over a two year period.  On September 24, 2007, Cascade issued a press release announcing this share repurchase program.  The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
