Item 8.01. Other Events.
Cascade Corporation issued a press release February 11, 2005, correcting information distributed by various financial news services which confused an unrelated company, CAE, Inc., with Cascade Corporation. The news services attributed a CAE, Inc. press release concerning that corporation’s earnings release date to Cascade Corporation. The next Cascade Corporation earnings release date is April 14, 2005. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
