Item 4 – CHANGES IN REGISTRANT’S CERTIFYING PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
On March 12, 2003 the Board of Directors approved the engagement of Hein + Associates LLP (“Hein”) as the Company’s independent public accountants. Prior to such appointment, neither the Company nor anyone acting on its behalf consulted with Hein regarding the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company’s financial statements.
