On January 25, 2018, Convergys Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Andrea Ayers will transition from her role as President and Chief Executive Officer following a nearly 30-year career at the Company. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in this Item 5.02 by reference.
