(1) The reporting person became trustee of a family trust established under the will of Harry Weis. The reporting person and members of her immediate family are among the beneficiaries of the trust. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock held by the trust except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein. This item is being reported as a change in ownership but did not involve the purchase or sale of any shares.
