 (b)  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
   
 
On January 8, 2010, Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Raymond K. Guba, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of the Company, will be leaving the Company’s employ.  Mr. Guba will remain in his current capacity to assist in the transition of his duties to his successor.  There are no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Guba.
