This Investor Presentation, attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference, updates previously filed Investor Presentations and provides an overview of Fulton's strategy and performance. It is being furnished to the SEC and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for any purpose.
Fulton will participate as a presenter at B. Riley & Co.'s 2008 Bank Conference at the Times Square Westin, in New York on Tuesday, November, 18, 2008 from 9:00 - 9:25 a.m. Eastern Time and will use the attached Investor Presentation.
